Linda has been working in the construction sector for over 15 years and she gets immense job satisfaction from helping to deliver inspiring new and refurbished buildings. Linda has worked on diverse projects such as supporting the delivery of The Hive for Worcestershire County Council, the transformation of the Royal Shakespeare Theatre in Stratford-upon-Avon where she was responsible for procurement of £1m FF&E, and the oversight of c.1000 building projects for the University of Oxford totalling almost £1bn.

For over 10 years Linda led the Capital Projects Centre of Excellence at the University of Oxford where she championed continuous improvement, collaboration, consistency and best practice. This was a very diverse role in a complex multi-stakeholder and consultant environment. Linda focused on client-side responsibilities: project auditing, report writing, budget monitoring and the establishment of governance and processes. She also delivered regular project training to colleagues, consultants and stakeholders.
