Sam Gosling

Stage Engineering Designer

As part of his extensive experience, Sam has spent 6 years at CBL in the stage engineering department as the Engineering Design Lead on numerous projects including: The Royal Opera House in Covent Garden, Chicago Shakespeare Theatre, USA and Waikato Regional Theatre, New Zealand. Prior to this Sam worked as a stage carpenter on numerous TV programmes and scenic projects including work for Channel 4 and Channel 5, as well as a Lighting Technician at The Barbican Arts Centre and other technical jobs on multiple events around London and the South.

 

Sam's engineering expertise began when he graduated from the renowned Guildhall School of Music and Drama in 2014 where he trained in Production and Technical Management and continued his musical repertoire in running the prestigious Marlborough College summer seasons. Now working in super prime residential, Sam is an associate to SRTC offering adhoc support and advice when needed.
