Katherine is an experienced theatre operations and front-of-house specialist with over 15 years’ experience across producing, consultancy and senior management roles within major cultural organisations, including the Royal Shakespeare Company. 

Katherine brings deep expertise in venue operations, audience services, compliance, staffing, and project delivery, alongside a strong track record of supporting new and existing venues through change, reopening and development.
