Cornerstone Theatre

Stage Right worked with Ashfield District Council to transform the Sutton Community Academy Theatre (in Sutton-in-Ashfield) into a venue fit to stage professional performances. The existing auditorium was entirely refurbished to include retractable seating and improved lighting. Renamed as the Cornerstone Theatre, we also worked on designs for new dressing rooms, a green room and refurbished toilets. The existing stage engineering systems have been replaced with a new counterweight system, and the stage lighting systems and audio-visual systems have beem modernised with new power control system and technical infrastructure.
